Chez Miss Effie's???


I really don't think that anyone would mistake my kitchen table for a 5-star dining experience........ but this was pretty darn good! Chicken breasts stuffed with sauteed local spinach and garlic with pine nuts and local feta (Thanks, Nostalgia Farms!) roasted asparagus and couscous with Kalamata olives, capers, sun-dried tomatoes and a sprinkle of Asiago cheese.

Now comes the hard stuff .......... what do I make for supper tonight?????
